Medical Directors Seminar - Registration

The HSJ Executive Medical Director Seminar is an exclusive 3 hour meeting of 20-30 senior leaders, facilitated by HSJ. Held under the Chatham House Rule, the seminar will enable extended discussion on a specific theme, and with a specific cohort of delegates.

With a focus on engagement of the medical workforce in these turbulent times, don't miss this chance to explore key challenges around recruitment and retention to maintain safe staffing levels and reduce agency spend alongside your Chief Medical Officer/Executive Medical Director peers. The Seminar format includes: 

  • A panel discussion of 3-4 key NHS executive medical directors  to share experiences and solutions (1 hr)
  • Roundtable discussions in three smaller groups of 8-10 people (1 hr)
  • A closing panel to share feedback and key discussion points from different groups (30 mins)

The seminar is co-located with another HSJ event to boost knowledge sharing and networking opportunities – delegates can choose to participate in the wider event, or just the seminar.
